The JV Keios and ECL (Sri Lanka) has been shortlisted by the Ministry of Megapolis and Western Development of Sri Lanka for the preparation of the Business plan, design and work supervision for the Adaptive re-use and conservation of the Old Kachcheri Building Site in the city of Jaffna.
