We are pleased to inform our followers that urban upgrading works have started in Kandy, Sri Lanka, in the framework of the Sustainable Cities Development Project funded by the World Bank.
The urban upgrading project, designed in 2015-2017 by Keios in joint venture with ECL, Sri Lanka, will upgrade key urban areas that will contribute towards transforming this city in a vibrant tourism and economic centre.
