Keios hired by the World Bank for groundbreaking GIS mapping project in Ethiopia
We are thrilled to announce that Keios has been selected by the World Bank to support the Government of Ethiopia in the Ethiopia Tourism Resource Mapping Project. Our mission is to conduct a thorough mapping of both natural and cultural assets in a pilot area, utilizing cutting-edge Geographic Information Systems for precise and effective planning.
This initiative aims to create a scalable blueprint that will enhance economic development across other regions of Ethiopia by leveraging the country’s unique heritage and natural beauty. Our team is set to provide comprehensive services throughout the project, beginning with substantial initial assessments and the selection of the target area.
Following the inception phase, we will carry out a detailed resource mapping and analytical studies, integrating local insights to devise optimal strategies for future development and investment.
